Welcome to Oria Retreat, a peaceful riverside escape along the Zeta River in Orja Luka, near Danilovgrad, Montenegro. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Guests must notify the property of their estimated arrival time in advance. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. There is no age restriction for check-in.

Cancellation & Prepayment: Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the selected accommodation type. Please carefully review the applicable conditions at the time of booking.

House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Children: Guests of all ages are welcome. Please note that cribs and extra beds are not available at this property.

Facilities & Services: Each apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, and free WiFi. Shared amenities include a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and kayaks for exploring the Zeta River. Free private parking is available on site. A continental buffet breakfast is included in the nightly rate.

The management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Guests are kindly asked to respect the property and the tranquil natural surroundings of Orja Luka.
